Noel and Judy Sullivan were looking at an investment to fund their retirement and decided on the Billabong Hotel Motel in the outback town of Cunnamulla. Noel has been working in the hotel and club industry since 1975 and with over . Judy had also worked with Noel in the early years of her career before spending 20 years as a teacher.
